I found this calculator so interesting because package management is always a tough problem to solve in all our multi-family projects, both new construction and renovation. As online shopping, food delivery, etc. grows the multi-family industry has to keep up but the current M.O. needs a revolution to account for the valuable space taken up by package storage.
