We were approached to address the furniture, art and accessories at this 154-unit property in the Edgewood neighborhood of DC. Opened in 2020, Coda at Bryant St checked all the boxes for a great apartment building except for personality! SR/A audited the existing FF+E and created a game plan to enhance the current design with statement pieces, a curated artwork collection and accessories that exemplified the urban DC vibe of the building. The result is a property that draws in residents (and potential residents!) and stands out in the booming Edgewood neighborhood.
