Initially opened in 2014, this 14-story multifamily building reached out to SR/A to refresh their lobby and parlor areas, in advance of the opening of their new sister property right next door. Rethinking the space plan, including the removal of a large circular banquette, was top priority to best serve the needs of today’s residents. SR/A also toned down the existing, and somewhat overwhelming, color story through key finish replacements, new artwork and incorporating greenery throughout. Additional phases of renovation for the property (corridors and club room) are scheduled for 2022/2023.
