Description: The muted white interior of this model unit, contrasted by a blue and white living room rug and teal accent wall in the bedroom, bring a little slice of Miami to this waterfront building in Southwest DC. Corner built-in shelving and three-dimensional wall art create opportunities for display and eye-popping textural crescendos. Dock 79’s model units were so impressive that former Nationals star outfielder Juan Soto and DC United’s Wayne Rooney, inked multi-year leases at the building during their tenures in Washington.
