This 305-unit property is a hallmark building along DC’s revitalized Southeast Waterfront. SR/A set out to raise the design level in the neighborhood, while delivering a casual and comfortable environment. A highlight of the property is the gallery of original art, the first of its kind in a multifamily building in the city. Taking a subliminal nod from the waterfront location, elements of water and a nautical spirit round out the building atmosphere.
