Originally built in the 1970s, Idylwood Towers is a 480-unit, two building condominium community. When the condo board first reached out to SR/A regarding a renovation of their lobby, mailroom, and corridors, it was clear the aging property was in need of a design face-lift. SR/A opted to use a neutral palette throughout, incorporating existing brass architectural elements and adding wood for warmth. By guiding the condo board towards solutions that gave them the best ROI while still meeting their needs, SR/A was able to deliver a classic, timeless design that residents can be proud of (and will increase their property values) for years to come.
