SR/A was engaged by The Christopher to refresh the aging finishes in the corridors and lobby in the downtown Bethesda property. Our designers worked with the board to determine a material scheme that elevated the feel of the property from dated to timeless. In order to maximize the funds available, our designers chose to enhance several of the existing features with strategic design solutions rather than replace – such as adding architectural molding to the existing mirrors in the lobby. By focusing our scope of work and encouraging an open dialogue with the Unit Owner Council, SR/A delivered a design that will enhance property value and ensure resident pride in the property for years to come.
