One of two clubhouses on this sprawling 45-acre apartment community in the Virginia suburbs, this renovation included converting a janitorial space into the main building, as well as a custom-designed concierge desk and outdoor kitchen. Designed to accommodate an active community of residents, the clubhouse features a soothing palette, encouraging residents to relax and come together.
