Woods Bagot’s modular AD-APT modifies apartments for working from home
The pandemic is forcing interior design and architectural professionals to come up with creative solutions for the new ways in which people will live in the future. Although this is a tall order, it is exciting to be part of innovative developments that will hopefully lead to a better quality of life for our communities. This article presents an interesting concept of a dwelling unit with modular features that allow the space to easily transform into an appropriate environment for the many functions that are now occurring in our homes.

I found this calculator so interesting because package management is always a tough problem to solve in all our multi-family projects, both new construction and renovation. As online shopping, food delivery, etc. grows the multi-family industry has to keep up but the current M.O. needs a revolution to account for the valuable space taken up by package storage.
