The 202 is the final phase of the Washington Gateway project in DC’s NoMa neighborhood. In the building’s lobby and amenity spaces, SR/A used color, pattern, and texture to enrich the natural beauty of the applied material finishes. Fixtures and furniture pieces with sweeping, curvilinear lines were chosen to bring a sense of welcoming ease. The result is a lively community, reflecting the vibrant neighborhood demographics of NoMa.
