Originally constructed in the 1960’s, this office building, historically known as the “Air-Rights” building, in the center of bustling downtown Bethesda was in need of an updated look to match its new name – Bethesda Crossing. By incorporating timeless materials and a brighter, and more classical color palette SR/A was able to help the owners increase the property’s value to attract a new generation of tenants.
