Initially opened in 2014, this 14-story multifamily building reached out to SR/A to refresh their properties as more competition, including two sister properties, opened in the neighborhood. SR/A developed a cohesive renovation plan which plan, including the removal of a large circular banquette to open up flow, was a top priority. In the clubroom, the design focused on creating space appropriate both for remote work and relaxing personal time. Throughout the property the refreshed design centered on toning down the outdated existing color story through key finish replacements, incorporating vibrant artwork and designing with future flexibility in mind.
